I love it for training I used the heavy med balls for the first time in handball training and was really impressed. Its size, weight, ability to hold and bounce are excellent. Now I not only use it in the men's league but also for my A and B youths. It is even great for warm up before playing.

The heavy small ones! We need the balls for our gymnastics group's competitions. They are great. Our last heavy small yellow ball burst after three years. This is a pity and the reason why we immediately ordered two. They are handy and not as big as the old leather medicine balls. We set a new record with it at our last competition. We would definitely recommend it.
