Do I need a safety certificate if this trampoline is used in an institution for special needs children and young people?
This depends on the rules where the institution is. Please check with your health and safety officer to determine what the requirements are.

Is the trampoline TÜV approved and certified for school use?
This ground trampoline is TÜV approved and can therefore be used as sports equipment in school sports in supervised areas.

We have real "lightweights" in our pre-school (over 2.5 years of age). Will they feel the same effect as others?
As this trampoline is very elastic it is also suitable for small and light children.

Could the detachable bungy frame (from Euroviva) be fixed to this Grand Master ground trampoline?
The Euroviva bungy frame cannot be attached to the Grand Master ground trampoline. As an alternative you could put a complete Grand Master indoor trampoline in a dug out and add the bungy frame. The Grand Master indoor trampoline is also available for outdoor use with a weatherproof jumping mat.

What is the average height one can jump on this trampoline?
The trampoline is of competition standard in quality and workmanship i.e. an expert user will reach their expected heights. The height one jumps is also dependent on one's own body's fitness.

How thick do the wooden planks on which the trampoline is laid have to be?
The wooden frame must be the same external size as the trampoline. The planks themselves must be approx. 10-12cm wide and approx. 6cm thick.

What trampoline would you recommend for public playgrounds?
Both ground trampolines should only be set up in places where access to them can be locked away when not in use, to prevent vandalism. For public play grounds we would recommend the Trampoline 2000, which can be ordered using article number 611609602.

Is this trampoline weatherproof?
The trampoline is weatherproof and must not be dismantled over the winter. It is recommended that it is covered with a tarpaulin to extend its life, see order number 1226238.

Is the trampoline just laid loosely on the wooden frame?
Yes, it is just laid loosely on the frame. It will remain stable enough due to its own weight. You could also bore through the frame and screw it down or attach it using belts. You would need to attach belts on 1-2 points of each side of the trampoline frame and then screw them to the wooden frame.

How is the ground trampoline set up?
Firstly you dig out a hole of about 1 metre deep. The trampoline is laid on top. If the ground gives or is sandy, a frame made from wooden planks should be laid. Drainage should be included for hard, clay soils.

Should certain precautions be taken to prevent the ground trampoline being damaged during the winter?
It is recommended to dismantle the trampoline and store it indoors over the winter. However, if this is not possible the frame padding should be removed and thee trampoline should be protected with a cover (article number 1226238).

Our jumping sheet has torn. Do you supply replacement sheets?
The replacement sheet for the Euro Tramp ground trampoline is article number 611226212. It is 366 x 183cm and is suitable for the original Euro Tramp ground trampoline.

Are there more materials required for setting up a ground trampoline?
There is not more material required for a ground trampoline.

How is the trampoline built level with the ground surface?
Firstly you dig out the pit to the size of the trampoline, and place a wooden frame in the pit. For the Euro Tramp trampoline, it should be 1 metre deep. This pit should have drainage to let the rainwater drain off, especially in clay soils.

Is the trampoline available in other colours?
The trampoline is only available in the blue frame and yellow jumping sheet.

Must the pit that has been dug out also be timbered?
A wooden base is normally not necessary as long as the pit does not have a sand base. Please contact us for more information on how to make the pit.

What safety distance should be maintained?
We would recommend a distance of 1.5 to 2 metres to the next wall. It is also recommended to cover this space with mats for protection.

Can the jumping sheet be cleaned?
The jumping sheet can be lightly cleaned using a PVC compatible cleaning agent and manually cleaning the sheet with brushes, cloths, etc.

How heavy is the trampoline and what size is it when packed?
It weighs 190kg and is 210 x 220 x 30mm when packed.
